“La piscina sull'Oceano e la vista dalle camere fronte mare sono meravigliose, il personale è molto gentile (ci hanno fatto l'upgrade gratuito per le prime notti alla camera superior) ed essendo molto piccolo l'attenzione al cliente è sempre in primo piano. Di contro le camere standard non valgono il prezzo e la colazione non è all'altezza di come vorrebbe presentarsi l'albergo. Per il piatto caldo abbiamo aspettato increduli 50 minuti con solo noi presenti in sala, mancavano i bicchieri...

“A few hiccups at the start of my first residence at Sala Beach House could have ended in disaster. But Henk, Thabo ( a great sommelier) and the efforts of the wider Team turned it round. So much so that I booked my next stay before i left for my Daughter and I!”

“I booked penthouse very nice rooms kitchen and dining areas , jacuzzi was nice as well however the wifi worst I have come across in along time almost non existent , response to complaints not good at all , squash courts were not available , the resort is very clean all round even thou they busy with renovations , check inn was a bit unprofessional but overall good location and had a good time ”

“I have written a complaint to this property, asking to (1) be put in contact with its owners and (2) ask for a refund - as it is NOT in the state that is being promoted at all... with no luck of decent/acceptable feedback or engagement or response to my requests, basically NO engagement or cooperation at all. I had to leave this property within less than 2 hours of arriving, as I did not feel comfortable to stay there. Of course, this property also does not offer any stay with a refundable...
